Peppermint is very soothing on the digestive system and can be beneficial for bloating, nausea and cramping as well as for bad breath. Peppermint leaves contain phenolic acids, flavonoid constituents and monoterpene menthol that have a long history of use helping to relieve headaches, modulate the immune system and reduce inflammation.
 
This a refreshing tea that is delicious served hot or cold, with a naturally sweet flavour. It's perfect anytime or for when you feel like something sweet. Rooibos is naturally caffeine free and there is only a very minimal amount of caffeine naturally occuring in the cacao nibs (way less than a small chocolate bar).
