Ritual Herb Bar is a place where you can drop in for acute naturopathic and nutritional consultations, natural medicine prescriptions and lifestyle recommendations with a qualified Naturopath and Clinical Nutritionist.

Acute drop in consultations are completely free. They can also be done over the phone if you can't make it in person and any supplementation be sent via post and arrive to you usually within 1-2 business days.

If your case is more complex and requires more detailed investigations, we may recommend that you would benefit from a full naturopathic consultation to get the best results. Although many conditions can benefit from our acute consultations like cold's, flu's, some skin conditions, UTI's, sleep issues and things like PMS and anxiety.

We will be open on Saturday's for drop ins from

9am - 1pm from January 2021 and all other appointments will be by booking only for the time being and we will be looking to open for drop in consultations more often in the near future.
